I'd take a look at InstaDemon. I've used TweetDemon for Twitter and it works pretty well (although not the same as TweetAdder did, which I loved) but now I found Twidium for Twitter and that works...

If you have your own domain, it doesn't usually cost anything to get an email associated to your domain, so it's not like having yourname@yourdomain.com costs you any more than yourname@gmail.com, so...
