At the bottom of the reviews I have a comparison table that displays live prices from CJ, Amazon, Shareasale etc.

Correct! The Earnings per click you get from Amazon beats the pants off most other etailers. I have a site that promotes expensive Physical products from a site that's not Amazon and those epc's...

I had a plugin developed in house that does just that. The time stamp is needed otherwise Amazon could close your account.

Yes I also use paid traffic. As long as the traffic goes to your own site first and then people can click to Amazon.

Same thing for email traffic.
