Your videos can just be YouTube hosted videos with privacy settings turned on. As far as file hosting it depends on how you are setting up your wso. You can just host it on the same wordpress site...

When dropshipping this is always a concern. It all depends on where you dropship from. For instance if you are dropshipping from ebay, you can contact the seller and ask them not to send a receipt....
