If you are after getting the logo with the background transparent then you will not do this in any image editing program if you are saving as a JPG

You could always get a hosting plan that you pay monthly & if you already have a domain name all you have to do is redirect your DNS (Domain Name Servers) to your hosts nameservers

If your not getting traffic then check if you are getting impressions

If you are getting impressions but no clickthrus then the ad needs looking...

Your whole Ad will have an overall Quality Score, which is determined by a number of different factors:

Keyword relevance
Title relevance
Ad text relevance
Landing page relevance to the Ad etc...
