oh and i forgot to say run the same offer but rotate networks so Run Offer A on Networks A and B. That way if one network doesnt pay you, the other networks payment will help ease the pain

Never ran into any issues. Just make sure that if you are spending a big chunk of change on traffic that your earnings are solid and that your network is very stable
