Pay will be okay but not stellar. Depending on skills etc I imagine you'd walk away with $10 - 20/hr-ish. I'll pay per project but it should average out aroudn that I expect.

We actually split tested this recently and it seems to be working very well still. Not sure how long that trend will continue, but for now at least it's solid.
