Depends on if your niches are somewhat related. If yes, you can make one shop, if not it would look weird if you sell cars and socks at one place (as an example).

It depends a lot on your CPC. Number of visitors from your ad should be statistically viable (which is defined by your average stats of course), otherwise you just place random bets.
