Instagram is exceptionally good for Traffic. Worth a shot....Better than Twitter anyway for these...

I personally haven't tried fasting exactly as you stated above, however I did fast using the 16/8 fast.

So you only eat from 12pm to 8pm, and fast from 8pm to 12pm the next day.
It worked really...

Link Shorteners are good, but if you have a website that Facebook doesn't like (for example) using a link shortener will not fool them.
