We also use Market Samurai and Keyword Ninja. Both are great tools and we use both on a regular basis. I wouldn't do any kind of keyword research without them.

I always use Google Keyword tool. Also we look at the title tags of pages. Normally those are the keywords that site is trying to rank for.
