You're paying 22.2 cents per card printing only, then paying postage on top of it? Online you should be able to get them for 7-9 cents per card or so, printed on a thick cardstock and UV gloss finish.

Depending on your area, the amount of new homeowners may be very small and it might be more cost effective for you to simply print 1000 or so postcards and then mail them out with stamps as needed....

sounds like a great service man! I used to use yesware but have gone over to streak and love it. all tracking is free, seems more accurate, and has more options.
