Yes I direct everyone to a capture page. Some leads might not buy for a while, but they might end up being worth over $1k+

Can't just send people to an offer page as most will hit the back button...

Most solo ad sources are used and abused. Make sure to participate in expensive co-ops that the top affiliates are using. It is worth ever penny. I used to focus on the cheapo 20-25 cents per click...
